Crazy clay candle holders

On Wednesday the 7th of December class 6 made candle holders out of clay🕯. We faced many challenges along the way including the clay getting stuck to the boards and the clay drying out, we overcame this by adding water to the clay and holding it in our hands. We had lots of fun and along the way we made a small mess.

Deco day snowmen!

On the 1st of December Year 6 made some very cute snowmen, all of them ended up being unique in their own way. Despite the final result they were much harder to make than you might think. Sometimes you had to be very precise with cutting and tying. All the snowmen were filled with rice but due to the weight in caused the snowmen to end up with rice pouring  out their bum and going everywhere. Everyone absolutely loved making them!
